Peterborough City Council is developing a new local plan. The new plan will replace the adopted Development Plan Documents (DPD) which was adopted on the 23 February 2011.

The Local Plan sets out a vision for growth and identifies the quantity and sites for new housing, community facilities, shops and employment. Its policies will be the basis for planning decisions.

Included in the plan is 250 extra homes to the east of the village – shaded in orange below.

The council is consulting on the ‘Further Draft’ version of the Local Plan. The closing date for all comments is the 11.59pm on the 9 February 2017. You can make a comment online, by email or by posts. Click here for further information.
