CAPALC (Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Association of Local Councils) provides advice, support, training and mentoring to Cambridgeshire and Peterborough parish, town and community councils.

With upcoming elections in some districts, and co-option opportunities arising in others, CAPALC is hosting a free online information session for individuals who may be interested in becoming a Parish or Town Councillor.

The session is designed to give prospective candidates a clear and practical overview of local councils and the councillor role, helping them decide whether it is right for them.
