PCC – Peterborough Core Strategy Development Plan has been submitted to the Secretary of State.  CD enclosed, the submission can be viewed on the PCC website or a paper copy can be obtained.

PCC - E-Mail from Amy Bowles, Transport Planning Officer,  – Meeting re junction 8 roadwork’s to be held on 19th May at 630pm at the Charteris Centre, Normanton Road, Welland, Peterborough.  A member of the Parish Council is invited to attend – please inform Ms Bowles.

PCC – Road closure B1443 Bukehorn Road, 8am to 8pm 14th June to 9th July.

PCC – Email showing bus service changes. From 30th May - Citi 7 from Yaxley/Stanground/Queensgate/Fletton Parnwell to Eye replaced by services 36 & 37.

Stagecoach 37 – now low floor accessible buses.  1st service on Saturdays will now leave Queensgate at 9.05am. Stagecoach 36 will be increased to hourly between Thorney and Queensgate.  1st bus from Thorney to Queensgate Mon/Fri 6.30am. Last bus from Queensgate will be 17.45pm.

PCC – Caroline Rowan has now replaced Alison Ivatt as the Neighbourhood Manager for North & West.

PCC – Annual City Council meeting on 17th May 2010

Sally-Ann Jackson, Peterborough Rep for the Campaign for the Protection of Rural England – She would like to talk to Eye Parish Council about their proposal for an officially designated Green Belt around Peterborough. The recent public meetings showed the strength of feeling in Eye.
