REF:10/00650/WCMM  Variation of conditions 3 & 4 to ext time limit for completion by further 12 months and to retain recycling facility until 31.12.2021 at Eyebury Quarry for Biffa Waste Services Ltd. Permission Granted.

Appeal Decision:Land opposite The Nurseries, Green Road, Eye by Mr Guy Barron for the proposed change of use form agricultural to storage of touring caravans.  Appeal dismissed.

Peterborough City Council – Letter advising that they are to shortly to publish consultee responses to planning applications.  Any comments on this proposal to be made by 29th March 2011.
