Lee Moore, PCC  - The footpath in Thorney Road will link up to the Bakery but Lee has no timescale as to when this will happen.

Peter Tebb, PCC – The change of speed limit from 40mph to 30mph in Thorney Road is with the legal department of PCC and will then be advertised later this month.  It is anticipated this will then take effect in late July/mid August.

PCC – Letter telling of the updating of the Peterborough Trees & Woodland Strategy.  Written feed back required by 11th July 2011.

111) Neighbourhood Council/Parish Liaison meeting

Julie Rivett, PCC - Email received saying that after a recent review a representative from each Parish Council in the Rural North Area will be a co-opted member of the Rural North Neighbourhood  Committee. This can be by name or by position and a sub can go to meetings in their place.  Details of our rep to be sent by 24th June.

The next meeting will be on Thursday 7th July at 6.30pm in the Manor Farm Community Centre, Eye.

Request from Karen Tomlinson of 29 Cleve Place, Eye for funding for swimming kit total cost is £2,600 for her 18 year old sons swimming team to attend the Netherlands International Swimming Gala in July. The team is a mix of disabled and able bodied swimmers,
